One day, mother of two, Jaimee Newberry, came up with a brilliant idea to sew her daughter a dress that was based on her own drawing. The dress was such a huge hit with both her daughter’s friends and their parents, that Newberry decided to make a business out of it.

Titled ‘Picture This’, Newberry’s company lets children turn their drawings into clothes that they could actually wear (currently, just dresses). So, how does it work? You go over to the Picture This website, choose a size and print out a coloring sheet. Then your kid draws her little heart out and you send a picture of a drawing to the website.

You can go to the company’s website. All you do is pick a size, download and print the template, then color away. When you’re done and you take a picture of the finished design and upload it. The company will make a real dress. You should receive your finished dress in a couple weeks. Then, you can wear it. You can also add some doll-sized dresses to your cart that will fit a Barbie or Ken. 

In the future, the company wants to make other clothes. They might include T-shirts.

Why the business started?  The mother made only dress for her daughter with her own daughter’s drawing. It got popular among people. So, Picture This Clothing service  were made.
