Crown Princess Mary of Denmark presented  2016 Christian Andersen Literature Award. Mary presented this year's Hans Christian Andersen Literature Award with a ceremony held at Odense Town Hall in Denmark. writer Haruki Murakami is Japan Andersen prize was awarded.Haruki let receives $10,000 in prize money  and received the ' ugly duckling ' statue.

Andersen was a Danish author of children’s stories. Hans Christian Andersen is one of the most famous writers in history. His best known stories are 'The Little Mermaid,' and 'The Ugly Duckling. He wrote over 150 fairy tales .His fairy tales which are still published and treasured today.This prize is named after him in 2007.

Haruki fairy tales ever written because, for the first time this award was announced when the misinformation are in doubt the news happening.
